This project showcases our end-to-end delivery of a complete knockdown rebuild and subdivision, resulting in two architecturally designed duplex homes. From site demolition and subdivision approvals through to design and construction, we managed every stage to ensure a seamless outcome.

Each home features modern open-plan living spaces, premium kitchens with stone benchtops and feature cabinetry, and luxurious bathrooms with full-height tiling and skylights. The staircase void and entry are enhanced with full-height glazing and elegant lighting, creating a bright and welcoming ambience.
Externally, the bold, contemporary façade blends rendered finishes, timber accents, and stone columns for strong street presence. Large alfresco areas with built-in outdoor kitchens and generous backyards extend the living spaces, perfect for families and entertaining.
